Hi, I’m Lyndsey,

Founder and vision weaver of Rebirth Rhythms Healing Sanctuary.

I’m a space holder, sound healer, energy medicine practitioner, and intuitive guide for women on the path of deep remembrance.

Through Rebirth Rhythms, I create sacred space for women to reconnect with their voice, their energy, their spiritual roots, and the natural rhythms of their own becoming. My work blends sound healing, Reiki/energy medicine, sacred ceremony, and intuitive guidance to support women through transitions, healing, and the quiet unfolding that leads us back to wholeness.

I believe our voice is the bridge between our inner and outer worlds.When we allow ourselves to express through our voice, we liberate the parts of us we've been taught to silence, abandon, or hide.

This reclamation is both personal and ancestral. It’s a way of healing the inherited wounds we carry while honoring the stories held in our bloodlines. It invites us to walk with deeper awareness, integrity, and reverence — for those who came before us and those still to come.

Rebirth is not a singular experience, it’s a continual unraveling.
